It was a lovely change of pace to have some Asian fusion food instead of the usual Swiss or Italian fare, and Manud did not disappoint! The Tom Kha soup was very good, and all of the coffee and matcha drinks were quite good as well. Would recommend for those seeking something different in Zermatt.

Great spot for Fusion Asian food! I especially love the teriyaki poke bowl. The restaurant offers the best view and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Recommended restaurant to dine in. Fantastic Food reasonably priced. If Japanese Rice bowl is ordered, asked for sauce aside and add in accordance to your taste. Rice was soaking wet with sauce when served to me and I cannot take the overwhelming taste. Restaurant had very kindly remade a bowl with sauce aside and it worked well for me. Best ever cheese cake and waffle I had. Don’t miss it ! Thanks for the good service !

Manud in Zermatt is a great find, especially for those with dietary preferences, as vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free options are very clearly indicated on the menu. We tried their vegetarian Tom Kha Curry with tofu and a side of rice, along with the vegetarian Chinese Noodles. Both were flavorful, though we found them a little on the salty side. The staff were attentive and friendly, let us pick our own table, and our food arrived quickly. The atmosphere seems very relaxed, with people enjoying iced tea and hanging out - it definitely has a great vibe for unwinding. Highly recommended if you're seeking good vegetarian or vegan food in Zermatt.

Unexpected gem! We came here because another restaurant we wanted to try was closed and we stumbled across this place. The bahn mi was amazing! The focaccia wasn’t as good, given that it was similarly priced, but I still enjoyed it!

We visited as a group of 8 and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, immediately making us feel at home. The atmosphere was cosy and charming, perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable time. The menu was diverse and offered something for everyone, all of us found dishes to our liking. When the food was served, it was beautifully presented, and the flavours were simply delightful - no one at our table had a single complaint. My wife and I shared the summer salad topped with lemon ginger chicken, and it was an absolute highlight. The salad was fresh and crisp, bursting with vibrant flavours, while the chicken was juicy, tender, and packed with a delicious zest from the lemon and ginger seasoning. We finished with a waffle for dessert, and it was the perfect sweet ending - light, fluffy. What truly made our visit memorable was the thoughtful gesture from the staff. One of our friends was celebrating a birthday the next day, and they surprised us with a candle in the waffle and a cheerful birthday song. It was a heartwarming touch that added to the charm of the evening.

Everything was so amazing! The food, the service, the design...10/10. Finally a great place in Zermatt. We are obsessed :)
